Missions Work Group

An energetic group of ladies faithfully serves every Monday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. (September to May), collecting all sorts of household items. When designated to the right location, these household items meet very practical needs:

For overseas missionaries

Toothpaste and toothbrushes
Lightweight fabric for quilt blocks
Baby clothes (clean please)
Men's dress shirts and ties (clean please)
Ladies' summer blouses (clean please)

Helps low income families with diabetic children
Aluminum pie plates and pop tabs

Canadian Bible Society sells these & uses proceeds to provide Bibles around the world
Whole envelopes with stamps

Sent to Umri Christian Hospital in India
Medical supplies
Band-Aids

Campbell's redeems these to help inner city schools
Campbell's labels (soup, V8, Prego, etc.)

The above items are collected and then shipped out according to where they will make the most impact. To help these ladies make a difference in our world, please collect any of the above items and drop them off in the church foyer.
