It is always in the last place you look...
As many of you know we have been working and searching for our new leader, here at Lakeview. There have been countless meetings, emails. conversations and interviews, done by some very dedicated people at the end of all of that we realized that the best person for the job was just down the hall. We prayed and talked to him about it and prayed some more and then agreed that Mark Leppington is our new Strategic Team Leader.
So who is this Mark Leppington guy you ask? Mark has been our transitional pastor here since Aug 2012. He arrived on the scene here at Lakeview and has brought stability, wisdom, and a calm God-filled confidence to this place. He and his wife Joni, fit right in and are loved by all who have met them.
Sadly, Mark is a Canucks fans, which just goes to show that there is a need for redemption in all of us.
